Every piece is modelled and painted by hand, one at a time, in papier-mâché made from 100% recycled paper. No moulds to repeat them: no two are alike. They are the traces creatures leave as they cross the veil, and we give them a body. And what will not fit on a shelf ends up printed on a cotton bag.

Desquiciados is a craft workshop where papier-mâché, wood and illustration turn into handmade masks, figures and gothic decor that look like nothing you would find in an ordinary shop. Every piece is born by hand, without haste.
Everything we make lives in Villaoscura: a village on no map, yet one that anyone who loves folklore, classic horror or the occult would recognise as their own.
Whoever enters Villaoscura is entered on the Census.
And once on the Census, nobody ever quite leaves.
Something has crossed to this side. It still smells of the workshop, of fresh paint and newly cured resin. Look at it before it gets used to this world.
Blood debts do not expire. Chikketsu-Oni was born of every debt men left unpaid, and this papier-mâché mask, built and painted by hand, carries that weight with unsettling elegance.
Bone white over a dark jaw, horns and sharp teeth that gleam like old metal, and the crimson third eye — that scar between worlds — made by hand in resin and pigment.
Handmade in Galicia. A one-off piece that will not be repeated.
Our pieces are better seen and handled in person. When we do leave the workshop it is for fairs where the noise is loud, the dark is welcome and the Census recruits face to face.
