Frequently asked questions

How are the pieces made?

In papier-mâché made from 100% recycled paper. We model the shape by hand and then paint it, with no moulds, so every piece comes out different.

Where can I get your pieces?

We have no online shop at the moment. You can see them in person at the fairs we attend — the upcoming dates are announced on this page — or ask us for a piece made to measure through custom commissions. If something you have seen here or on our social media catches your eye, write to us.

Can I commission a custom piece?

Yes. We take commissions for made-to-measure figures and masks. Tell us about it on our custom commissions page, which sets out the process step by step and has a form for sending us your idea. We reply within 24–48 working hours.

Do you ship commissions outside Spain?

Yes. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination, and we set them out when we quote for the commission.

How do I look after a papier-mâché piece?

Keep it away from damp and direct sunlight and clean it with a dry cloth. These are decorative pieces, not toys.
